These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 22atm platform. Please read every clause carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using 22atm, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 22atm ("the Platform") and all registered users ("Users") who access or use the services offered via https://22atm.cam and any associated applications or interfaces. 22atm is an English-language online betting and casino information platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games and related services to eligible adult users.
22atm does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any relevant provincial regulations. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a representation that gambling is permitted under Pakistani law. Users who are uncertain about their legal obligations should seek independent legal counsel before using the Platform.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration on 22atm is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This requirement is non-negotiable. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual below the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed and all funds held in the Account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You must not register or use 22atm Services if it is unlawful for you to do so under the laws of your country, province, state or other jurisdiction of residence. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation. 22atm does not accept liability for any User who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on 22atm. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts. Any Bonus credits held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
22atm reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to notify 22atm promptly if any of your registered details change. 22atm is not liable for any consequences arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. 22atm will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must notify 22atm immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 22atm accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a User's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Where PKR is available as an account currency, all deposits, wagers, withdrawals and balance displays will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Where PKR is not directly supported, applicable currency conversion rates will be displayed before any transaction is finalised. Users should check the current rate at the time of deposit and withdrawal.
By accessing the 22atm Platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform:
22atm reserves the right to monitor user activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. By using the Platform, you consent to such monitoring to the extent permitted by law.
22atm provides information about commonly used PKR-compatible payment methods, which may include mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), instant payment systems (such as Raast) and bank transfers from institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These payment providers are referenced as familiar local options only — they do not endorse gambling activity and are not affiliated with 22atm. Actual availability of any payment method is subject to change without notice and will be confirmed on the Platform's current deposit page.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and the applicable operator requirements at the time of deposit. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the Platform's deposit page. 22atm does not guarantee that a minimum deposit amount will remain constant and reserves the right to amend minimums with prior notice.
Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) are typically credited to the User's Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the originating bank's internal processing times. 22atm does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you legally and that have not been obtained through unlawful means. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. 22atm reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
A User must complete the Platform's KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of identity verification will be placed on hold until the required documentation is received and approved. 22atm reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including during withdrawal processing.
22atm aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform's withdrawal page. Actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on the processing speed of the User's chosen payment method and financial institution. 22atm does not accept liability for delays attributable to third-party processors.
Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This requirement may be waived at 22atm's sole discretion or where the original payment method no longer supports returns. In all cases, withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the User's own name.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page. Any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds must be met before the Bonus-derived balance component becomes eligible for withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers issued by 22atm are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that particular offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") on eligible games before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible game contributions and any maximum bet restrictions will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Users are strongly encouraged to read all bonus terms before opting in to any offer.
Bonuses that are not used within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account. Expiry periods will be specified in individual promotion terms and are non-extendable unless 22atm expressly states otherwise in writing.
22atm reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus — and to suspend or close the Account of any User — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus offers are being exploited in a systematic, dishonest or bad-faith manner. This includes, without limitation, the opening of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal genuine wagering risk, or participation in coordinated bonus abuse schemes.
A bet or wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User. 22atm reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe a bet has been placed with the benefit of inside information or as part of irregular betting activity.
In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault, a data feed error or a manifest human mistake, 22atm reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Where possible, affected Users will be notified and their stakes returned. 22atm will not honour winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds that no reasonable bettor could have believed to be intentional.
In-play markets are subject to a short delay between the live sporting event and the updating of Platform odds. 22atm reserves the right to suspend, delay or void in-play bets where it cannot verify that the bet was placed in a timely manner or where there is evidence of irregular activity. Users engaging in live betting on cricket, PSL, T20 or any other sport do so with the understanding that in-play odds fluctuate and that Platform decisions on in-play bet validity are final.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a timeframe specified in the applicable sport-specific rules, bets will be treated in accordance with those rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with 22atm's sport-specific betting rules as published on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22atm Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
22atm is committed to promoting safe, controlled and responsible gambling. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:
Any User who believes they may be experiencing gambling-related harm is encouraged to access the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform immediately. Limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before they become active, consistent with responsible operator practice.

22atm reserves the right to suspend an Account temporarily, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; (c) a security risk has been identified; or (d) verification documents have not been provided as requested. Suspended Accounts will be reviewed as promptly as practicable and the User notified of the outcome.
22atm reserves the right to permanently close an Account — and to forfeit any remaining Balance where permitted by applicable law and regulation — where a User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, committed fraud, provided false identity information, or where regulatory or legal requirements mandate closure.
Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting 22atm support via Live Chat or the Help Center. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled in the normal course and any withdrawable Balance will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22atm and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
22atm provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Planned maintenance and unforeseeable technical outages may temporarily affect access to Services. 22atm will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Nothing in this section shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content on the 22atm Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, odds data presentations and promotional materials — is the property of 22atm or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No User may copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 22atm.
22atm collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described therein.
Your personal data will be used to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud and communicate service updates. 22atm does not sell User personal data to third-party marketers without explicit User consent. 22atm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 22atm will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated, as specified in the operator's licensing and registration documentation. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints process in the first instance.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to the regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution service specified in the operator's licence conditions. 22atm will provide details of the applicable complaints and dispute resolution procedure upon request via the Support team.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
